This evening Bryan and I were a little adventurous with our dinner preparations. Last week when we were purchasing our groceries, we noticed a package of ground buffalo next to the ground beef. The ground buffalo was leaner than the ground beef and less expensive. Being a little adventurous we decided to try it - and tonight we did. And can I just say, MmmmMmm. Our buffalo burgers were mighty tasty. Our intent had been to grill the burgers, but the weather would not cooperate. So, we pan fried the patties with a little Kosher salt, ground pepper and garlic and voila - tasty dinner treat. I think we will try ground buffalo again.

Buffalo Burgers?
