Costume Recommendations

For Halloween this year, our staff will be dressing as characters from the Wizard of Oz. I have been assigned the character of OZ! Yes, the assignment might have something to do with my use of the phrase, "Pay no attention to the woman behind the curtain." So, I ask you, what are the essential elements of an Oz costume?
